EPA Administrator Carol M. Browner will address the National Conference of Black Mayors on Friday, April 25, at 9 a.m. (CDT) in St. Louis, Mo. Administrator Browner will discuss the Clinton Administration's record of revitalizing urban communities through cleaning up and redeveloping brownfields, expanding the public's right-to-know about pollution in their communities, accelerating the clean up of Superfund toxic waste sites and other initiatives.
