EPA Administrator Carol M. Browner will address Town Hall Los Angeles in Los Angeles, Calif., on Thursday, April 24, at 12:40 p.m. Administrator Browner will discuss EPA's new proposals to strengthen the nation's air quality standards for smog and soot. Browner will address the importance to the American people of strong public health standards, and the current national debate over the appropriate health-based standards for smog and soot.
