EPA Administrator Carol M. Browner will address the Cleveland City Club in San Jose, California on Tuesday, March 25, at 12:30 p.m. Administrator Browner will discuss EPA’s new proposals to strengthen the nation’s air quality standards for smog and soot. Browner will also address the historical challenges of American industry in achieving cleaner air, and the actual costs incurred in meeting those challenges.
