Attached is a media advisory with specifics of a press conference in Sacramento, Calif. today, Thursday, Dec. 15, at 11 a.m. Pacific Time/2 p.m. EST at which Federal and State officials will announce the San Francisco Bay/Delta Water Quality Standards. Participating in the conference will be Bruce Babbitt, Secretary of the Interior; Carol M. Browner, Administrator, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency; and California Governor Pete Wilson.
