(Washington, D.C. – May 17, 2004) Administrator Mike Leavitt will be joined by Ohio Governor Bob Taft as Chair of the Council of Great Lakes Governors and Chicago Mayor Richard Daley as Chair of the Great Lakes Cities Initiative to announce a regional collaboration.
