EPA is soliciting public comment on the following proposed rules and draft documents, which are listed in order by the date on which comments are due. You may submit comments on proposed rules by e-mail to OW-Docket@epa.gov or follow the instructions in the Federal Register notice. Agency Information Collection Activities: Proposed Collection; Comment Request; Underground Injection Control (UIC) Program; EPA ICR No. 0370.18; OMB Control No. 2040-0042

In compliance with the Paperwork Reduction Act (44 U.S.C. 3501 et seq.), this notice announces that EPA is planning to submit the following continuing Information Collection Request (ICR) to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB): Underground Injection Control Program, EPA ICR No. 0370.18, OMB No. 2040-0042 which is scheduled to expire on January 31, 2005. Before submitting the ICR to OMB for review and approval, EPA is soliciting comments on specific aspects of the proposed information collection as described below.

DATES: Comments must be submitted on or before December 27, 2004.
