A number of publications produced by the Environmental Finance Program, the Environmental Financial Advisory Board, and the Environmental Finance Centers are available here in full-text for viewing or downloading as either ASCII text files, HTML files or PDF files. We continually expand the list of publications available here; please check back frequently for new additions. If you do not see the publication you are looking for, remember that you can contact the EFIN Center for distribution information on hard copies.

The acronym for the division of the Environmental Finance Program responsible for the publication appears after each title in parentheses. Publications listed here are also available under the division of the Environmental Finance Program that produced the publication. The following key to the acronyms is provided for your convenience.
