What is the Guidebook?

A Guidebook of Financial Tools: Paying for Sustainable Environmental Systems
(April 1999 revision), has been produced by the
Environmental Financial Advisory Board
and the
Environmental Finance Center Network
.
A list of proposed new tools, including existing financial tools not included
in this
revision, can be found in
Appendix A: Proposed Tools for the Next Guidebook.

Guidebook
is currently available in PDF format:

The PDF (Adobe Acrobat) version is intended for printing
purposes and we
recommend saving the two largest files to disk rather than viewing them on
