The 2004 303(d) list from SOUTH CAROLINA was APPROVED by EPA on SEP-23-2004. EPA is currently obtaining an electronic version of this submittal for data entry into this system. Until that process is complete, EPA is currently using the state's 2002 submittal which was APPROVED by EPA on AUG-07-2002.
