SMALL SYSTEMS WORKING GROUP

Working Group Mission Statement

To provide recommendations and advice to the National Drinking Water Advisory Council on the coordinated implementation of small systems related provisions of the 1996 Safe Drinking Water Act Amendments. In the near term, the working group will focus on serving as a forum within which interested stakeholders and EPA can: (1) identify and (2) work toward consensus on information/guidelines/guidance required by law or needed by States and/or water systems to implement the capacity development and State affordability criteria provisions of the 1996 Safe Drinking Water Act Amendments.
