Reproduction instructions

These materials were not created to be reproduced as black and white versions on an office copier.

  1. For color copies, print the appropriate (child or adult version) color file on a color printer using cardstock if possible.

Note: The Adult version measures 6 inches wide by 4.5 inches in height and the Child version measures 4.5 inches wide by 3 inches in height. Both are two-sided and multi-color. They are set up for only one card (and one side) per sheet of paper (8.5x11).

Tip: If you wish to save toner, use a color copier to make additional copies.

  2. Cut the card to size (6"x4.5" or 4.5"x3").
  3. Adhere the front to the back
  4. Run the card through the laminator and trim.
Professional print shop instructions

The master, graphics, and font files needed for commercial printing have been created in Quark XPress 4.11 in a Windows 2000 format.

Please contact Bill Howard at 404-639-8606 to request a CD-ROM with reproduction files that your commercial printer can open and use. However, if you have technical questions about commerical printing, please ask to be connected with a graphics expert.
