2. Project "Learning and Adaptation in the Primate Oculomotor System" includes investigators from Caltech.

3. Includes two projects - one is a Center for Learning Technology which includes investigators from the Chicago and Detroit Urban Systemic Initiatives (reform programs in math and science education at urban K-12 schools), and the University of Michigan.

4. The "Center for the Study of Tutoring" project includes investigators from Carnegie-Mellon University.
