LEP Peer Expert Directory

DOL is currently seeking Nominations for the Directory!

The LEP Peer Expert Directory is designed to help workforce development professionals to forge relationships by sharing information that will help provide more responsive services to LEP workers and job seekers. The Directory provides access to the valuable expertise of colleagues. The public sector/workforce system LEP experts listed in the Directory may provide training or technical assistance in a variety of methods including one-on-one consultation, workshop or panel presentations, the development of written materials, and job shadowing. Experts identified in the Directory have committed to providing a minimum of two hours of telephone or e-mail assistance each month to help answer LEP-related questions from practitioners in the field. It is left to their discretion to provide assistance beyond the two hours per month - - additional time may involve negotiating a fee. Experts from the private sector, non-profit organizations, and educational institutions are simply listed as potentially available experts, with the expectation that those requesting assistance will make their own arrangements regarding fees.
