RSA, People and Offices

The activities and services RSA provides and supports are the direct result of the hard work and dedication of our staff. You may find out more about the RSA offices that direct and administer the various rehabilitation programs below.

Office Descriptions

The Rehabilitation Services Administration (RSA) is comprised of four Headquarters Divisions and ten regional offices. The four Headquarters divisions are: Program Administration Division; Blind and Visually Impaired Division; Resource Development Division; and Special Projects Division. In addition, the Immediate Office of the Commissioner provides leadership and direction to two staff offices: Planning, Policy and Evaluation Staff and the Financial Management and Information Systems Staff.
