issues, you'll need some understanding of many of the following Federal laws. These laws, and others enacted by the States, have various requirements and are enforced by various agencies. We have presented a brief description of the intent of each law.

For more details, you should obtain a copy from your local library or the relevant Federal or State agency. Federal and State officials, community organizations, and interest groups will help you gain a working knowledge of these laws.
