EEO Investigation

The Office of Equal Opportunity and Civil Rights is responsible for conducting an appropriate investigation of complaints filed against the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. The office contracts with GSA approved vendors who provide EEO services that include investigations. This office is responsible for the content and timeliness of the investigation. By using contract investigators, the potential for conflicts of interest are minimized.

Refer to the OEOCR Brochure for guidance on investigation timeframe.
