monthly report are intended to be purely informational and are based on
SDWA provisions, EPA regulations, guidance, and established policy effective
at the time of publication. The answers given reflect EPA staff’s
best judgment at the time and do not represent a final or official EPA
interpretation. This report does not substitute for the applicable provisions
of statutes and regulations, guidance, etc., nor is it a regulation itself.
