2004 Scientific Conference on Chemical and Biological Defense Research
November 15-18   Hunt Valley, MD
The 2004 Scientific Conference on Chemical and Biological Defense Research will be held November 15-18, in Hunt Valley, MD. This conference is unclassified and will consist of paper and poster presentations. Attendees will include government (military and civilian), academia, and industry representatives. The ETV Building Decontamination Technology Center has submitted a paper entitled, "Verification of Commercial Decontamination Technologies in Bench-Scale Studies Using Bacillus Anthrax Spores." Fall 2004 ETV Team Meeting
November 16-17   Atlanta, GA
The ETV Program has scheduled its annual Fall Team Meeting for November 16-17, in Atlanta, GA. The meeting will include a half-day outreach workshop targeted to provide updates on ETV verification activities to representatives in EPA Region 4 and local states. Additional details will be provided at a later date.

SERDP/ESTCP Partners in Environmental Technology Technical Symposium and Workshop
November 30-December 2   Washington, DC
The annual SERDP/ESTCP Partners in Environmental Technology Technical Symposium and Workshop will be held November 30-December 2, in Washington, DC. Co-sponsored by U.S. Department of Defense’s (DoD) Strategic Environmental Research and Development Program (SERDP) and Environmental Security Technology Certification Program (ESTCP), this year’s symposium will include more than 200 technical posters facilitating technology transfer, information on SERDP and ESTCP program development and opportunities to conduct research and demonstrations, and networking with more than 800 environmental professionals.
