the National Climatic Data Center (NCDC), Asheville, North Carolina. All
data/station files for a state are in TXT format and have been compressed
into a single ZIP file for that state. Before downloading mixing
height data files please read an important
message about these files.
All missing data values have been filled except where the guidelines for
filling missing data could not be followed due to an excessive number of
repetitive missing values. Please read the "Missing
Meteorological Data Report" to identify those station/years that are not

MPRM
(Meteorological Processor for Regulatory
Models) a program used to process meteorological data, both
National Weather Service and on-site, for use in regulatory modeling.
MPRM has 3 stages: (1) listing missing, suspect , and invalid data, (2)
merging quality assured and corrected meteorological data, and (3)
creating meteorological data files for input to air quality dispersion
models.
