11 Senegalese Police Officers Complete Training to Combat Trafficking in Persons

On Friday, October 22, eleven Senegalese law enforcement professionals completed a four-week training course aimed at improving their capacity to combat trafficking in persons.  The training was organized by the U.S. Embassy in Dakar under the U.S. government’s International Criminal Investigative Training Assistance Program (ICITAP).   This training will assist Senegal in preventing and prosecuting trafficking in persons and, therefore, should help to protect actual and potential victims of trafficking.    Complete text >>
