U.S Mission and Habitat for Humanity to Build a "Friendship House" Honoring Zambia's 40th Independence Anniversary
To mark the 40th anniversary of Zambia's independence, U.S. Ambassador to Zambia Martin Brennan today led staff of the U.S. Mission in constructing a "Friendship House" in partnership with Habitat for Humanity. Building a house with and for Zambians is a tangible way for the Mission to demonstrate the continuing warm relationship between the United States and Zambia.
