Inform Review Result Codes:

A -- Downgrading requested - not declassified.  This code is intended for those requests from bureaus within the department for downgrading of documents not released to the public.

C -- Transferred to another agency for their direct reply to the requester with DOS recommendation to deny the document.  INFORM document lists also capture the recommended exemption category codes and the agency to which the document is referred.

D -- Denied in full.

F -- Release with non-responsive material deleted.  Documents with a review result of 'F' are counted among the documents released in full for statistical purposes.  (Please note that R XN is not an acceptable review result.)

H -- Release in full to certain parties.  This has been used occasionally in the past to indicate release to an individual of a document which might be denied on privacy grounds if another person requested it.

K -- Outside agency concurrence outstanding.  When the concurrence has been processed, the 'K' will be replaced with a review result of 'R', 'P' or 'D', as appropriate.  The case officers should continue to use the blank square followed by the name of the agency to indicate an outstanding concurrence.

L -- Full release of document with missing pages.

M -- Missing or Illegible document.  These documents are considered to be irrelevant for statistical purposes.

N -- Not relevant.  This also includes documents which are duplicates of documents from other cases of the same requester.

O -- Transferred to another agency for their direct reply to the requester with DOS recommendation to excise the document.  INFORM document lists also capture the recommended exemption category codes and the agency to which the document is referred.

P -- Release in part - excised.

Q -- Transferred to another agency for their direct reply to the requester with DOS recommendation to release the document.  INFORM document lists also capture the name of the agency to which the document is referred.

R -- Release in full.

S -- Duplicate document within the same case.

T -- Transferred to another agency for their direct reply to the requester without DOS recommendation.  This may be because it is not a State document or because the document has been deemed irrelevant.

X -- Released in part with upgrading of classification.

Y -- Denied in full with upgrading of classification.

Z -- Canceled.  The document had not been reviewed at the time the case was canceled.
