Core List for An Environmental Reference Collection
An annotated bibliography of approximately 500 information resources in
the environmental field. The Core List includes books, journals, web sites
and databases that EPA librarians feel to be particularly valuable for environmental
information collections. Hard copies of the Core List are available free-of-charge from EPA's National
Service Center for Environmental Information.

This Index to EPA Test Methods was developed by Peg Nelson, contractor to US EPA Region 1 Library, to improve access to EPA test
methods. Test methods are approved procedures for measuring the presence and concentration of physical and chemical pollutants;
evaluating properties, such as toxic properties, of chemical substances; or measuring the effects of substances under various conditions.
