Instructions:

Purpose of Form: To apply for a temporary immigration status granted to eligible nationals of Nicaragua and Honduras.

Where to File: Applicants for Temporary Protected Status from Honduras or Nicaragua should submit your Form I-821 to the Service Center that serves the area where you live.
Filing Fee:

$50 for first time applicants for Temporary Protected Status

$175 for Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization

An additional fee for biometrics may be required.

Special Instructions:
