Purpose of Form:	To provide temporary immigration benefits to aliens who are victims of severe forms of trafficking in persons, and to their immediate family members, as appropriate.

Filing Fee:	New Fee: If your application is filed or postmarked on or after April 30, 2004, the required base fee is $255, plus $105 for each immediate family member filed concurrently on the same application to a total maximum fee of $510 per application. Please note that the Form I-914 does not reflect the change in filing fee at this time. However, if your application is filed or postmarked on or after April 30, 2004, the new fee must be included or your application will be rejected. A $70 per person fee for biometrics may be required. Fees must be submitted by money order, personal check or cashiers check only.
