How do I download a photo to my hard drive?
For PC users:
Internet Explorer: Right click on photo and save picture as.
Netscape: Right click on photo and save image as.

For Macintosh users:
Hold down the ctrl key while clicking on the picture and
Internet Explorer: Download image to disk.
Netscape: Save this image as.

What do I need to view this site?
Internet Explorer 4.01, Netscape 4.08 and newer browsers work well with this site.

Why do I get java script errors?
If you get java script errors, try raising the memory allocation of your browser. Please report persistant errors to the webmaster.

What are the best keywords to use in my search?
Click on "Keywords" link on the Digital Photo Library home page to see what keywords are currently used to locate images.

How can I get higher resolution images, or a copy of the original print?
If you need higher resolution files, contact each office to find out if they are available.

Prints, negatives and slides are not available for loan, however photographs can be made to order as requests are received. Please submit no more than 5 subjects with any one request and allow two weeks for receipt.
