Plan brochures contain complete information on your benefits under the plan, including costs and how to utilize those benefits. Each plan issues a new brochure for each calendar year.

The FEHB Guides provide summary information on the health plans participating in the FEHB Program, with information on the plans available in each state, rates, benefits, accreditation, and quality indicators. Also known as the "Open Season Guides."
