The Performance America Consortium is a working group of organizations
coordinated by OPM and modeled after private sector associations.
The Performance America Consortium promotes the shared use of common
organizational assessment tools (such as, organizational climate
measures) and the exchange of assessment data between companies.
Our Performance America Consortium offers Government organizations
at all levels an effective forum for discussing organizational successes
and challenges, sharing strategies that work, and benchmarking results
against other high performing organizations.
