Child Development Research Fellowship Program , Funding Opportunity No. HHS-2004-ACF-OPRE-PH-0005 The purpose of this priority area is to announce the availability of funds for a cooperative agreement to sponsor a Child Development Research Fellowship that will allow child development professionals from the academic community the opportunity to actively participate in policy-relevant research activities associated with ACF programs. The goal of the fellowship program is to expose researchers to a policy environment and thereby to expand and enrich the field's capacity for policy-relevant research. |

American Indian-Alaska Native Head Start-University Partnerships, Funding Opportunity No. HHS-2004-ACF-OPRE-YF-0002 Program Purpose and Objectives. This new initiative creates an opportunity for building model research partnerships between American Indian--Alaska Native program staff, members of tribal communities, and researchers based in universities and other nonprofit research institutions. Research partnerships are intended to expand on the strengths of the researchers and grantee partners who constitute the partnerships in order to benefit the larger Head Start and early childhood community. |

Head Start-University Partnerships: Measurement Development for Head Start Children and Families, Funding Opportunity No. HHS-2004-ACF-OPRE-YF-0001 Program Purpose and Objectives.
