HHS Acquisition & Project Officer Training Program In the 1990s Federal policies and legislation were drafted to focus on the development of the acquisition and project officer workforce. HHS is supporting the efforts in the development of its workforce by providing this training program to its employees. NOTE: Currently all registrations for these courses are coordinated through your OPDIV/Agency Training Coordinators during a specific period of time.
