About Human Resources
The Human Resources Service (HRS) provides leadership in personnel administration
for the PSC, OS and several other HHS Operating Divisions, as well as
directly providing personnel and payroll services across HHS. HRS offers
a complete package of human resources services, including automated personnel
and payroll systems support, personnel and payroll processing, staffing
and classification, employee and labor relations, and commissioned officer
personnel support in some form to all components of the Department, including
the PSC and other customer agencies.
