Processing Center
The Processing Center manages the processing of all personnel actions,
and maintenance of Official Personnel Folders.

Recruitment Center
The Recruitment Center manages the announcement of vacancies and, in
conjunction with the Customer Service Teams, is responsible for recruitment
outreach programs. The Center is moving from a manual, paper based process
to an automated staffing process utilizing QuickHire, a questionnaire-based
tool.

Customer Service Teams
The Customer Service Teams (CSTs) consist of a core team of specialists
who provide face-to-face support in the areas most critical to the customer.
Employees of each team are available to respond to any inquiry; i.e.,
the team member will own the inquiry until completion. Some key functions
of the CSTs are:
- Position classification and position management advisory services
- Organizational design
- Staffing advisory services
- Preparation of job analyses
- Employee relations advisory services
- Labor relations advisory services
- Payroll Liaison
- EHRP Interface
