The Director of Management Services provides leadership to Reclamation's administrative programs, including human resources management, business analysis, financial management, supply and property management, and acquisition management.

The Director also serves as Reclamation's Deputy Chief Financial Officer, chairing CFO Council meetings and performing duties required by the CFO Act of 1990, and Working Capital Fund Manager.

The Management Services Office is comprised of seven major organizations who provide Reclamationwide guidance and support services as well as operating services to Reclamation organizations located in Denver and Washington. All MSO personnel are located in buildings 67, 56, and 810 on the Denver Federal Center.
