The Energy Information Administration (EIA) produces This Week in Petroleum (TWIP) a report that provides analysis, data, and charts of the latest weekly petroleum supply and price data, all in one product. The weekly report is available at the This Week in Petroleum page on the EIA website http://tonto.eia.doe.gov/oog/info/twip/twip.asp.  By signing-up for this email notification, you will receive an email message each time This Week in Petroleum is updated.   The sign-up page will ask you to provide your email address and then you would click the "Save" button.
