Information Memoranda | Action Transmittals
The Division of Energy Assistance issues LIHEAP Information Memoranda (IMs) to LIHEAP Grantees and other interested parties to communication information about the program. The Division of Energy Assistance also issues LIHEAP Action Transmittals (ATs) to LIHEAP Grantees and other interested parties tocommunication actions that LIHEAP grantees need to take concerning to the program.
Note--Not all attachments to IMs and ATs)are available electronically. If a particular attachment is needed, send us an e-mail message that includes the IM #or AT#, the attachment requested, your name, and postal address.
Note--Persons who download attachments or try to print attachments from their web browser may encounters attachments with very wide tables of data (20 or more columns). Such attachments are very difficult to format properly which make tables unreadable. As a result these tables must be displayed as very wide (17 inches) landscape pages with a fixed-width font such as Courier.
