Where can I find clinical recommendations or processes for improving the quality of care I deliver? These tools consist of benchmarks, guidelines, and measures used in clinical practice to improve performance, outcomes, processes, and patient access to care.


Where can I find information on patient safety practices and identify opportunities for quality improvement? These tools provide information on medical errors and related patient safety issues and present ways to reduce and/or prevent errors from occurring in clinical practice.


Where can I obtain benchmarking and comparative data to identify areas for quality improvement? These tools present national and state-specific health care cost, utilization, outcomes, and other performance data that can be used to evaluate and improve upon the care delivered within your organization.


Where can I find information on specific diseases/conditions to improve the quality of care I deliver? These tools present treatment recommendations, quality improvement programs or initiatives for the treatment of specific diseases and/or conditions.


Where can I find prevention and wellness information to improve the quality of care I deliver? These tools present information for implementing preventive care services (screenings, immunizations, counseling) in your organization in addition to providing recommendations on prevention and wellness treatment.
