Anti-Spam Software and Our Messages

Our Warden Messages and monthly newsletter are sent to you through an email company in the U.S. with whom we have contracted to do this work. One of the reasons that we chose the particular company is that it has a policy of not working with professional spammers, the folks who send out all those "Get Rich Quick" emails.

Many of you have chosen to install anti-spam software to help protect your computer. Unfortunately, our automated system is incompatible with anti-spam software that requires "confirmation." This confirmation often involves an automated request from your computer to ours, which our side cannot process.

To avoid not getting our messages, in many anti-spam programs there is a way to allow certain addresses through to your computer automatically. If you don't have that feature and still wish to use the anti-spam software, we also post the messages on our web site, and you can read them there.
