About the PSC

Director
Welcome to the Program Support Center!
The PSC is in its 9th year of providing a wide variety of high quality
products and outstanding services to the Department of Health and Human
Services and other Federal agencies. We are proud to be the Department's
premier shared-services enterprise and a valued business partner to the
other agencies we support. Over the past year, the PSC team has been working
diligently to improve our products and services and to ensure that our
prices are "right."
The PSC is pleased to present our new web site to showcase our products
and services, share our vision and values, and keep you up to date on
all of the exciting things that are happening at the PSC. The primary
goal of our web site management team is to ensure we have a "user-friendly"
site that meets the needs of our customers, employees, and strategic business
partners. In keeping with our "One Department" theme, you will
find that the look of the PSC's website is consistent with the look of
other HHS web sites. Please take a few minutes to read our Strategic Plan
and scan our new FY 2004 Product and Service Directory.
Our new home page and related links are part of our ongoing efforts to
move the PSC in a forward direction. As with other activities designed
to strengthen our customer-focus, we need your input. Please let us know
what you like about this site, what you think we need to do better, or
what you think is missing and should be added.

I also hope you will take the opportunity to complete one of our customer
comment cards to tell us about your experiences with the PSC. Your feedback
is valued and in fact, is essential to ensuring our delivery of quality
