IMMIGRANT VISAS

If you wish to reside in the U.S. permanently you will need an immigrant visa. The three most common categories of Immigrant Visas are family based (certain relatives of U.S. citizens and legal permanent residents), employment based, and Diversity Visas for winners of the DV lottery. Please Note: Due to security considerations, there is no longer an information window for walk-in visitors. Only those with appointments or with business to conduct such as reporting a lost greencard will be admitted to the Visa Section.
