Digest of Federal Resource Laws of Interest to the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service: Table of Contents

The Digest of Federal Resource Laws of Interest to the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service was originally published by the Office of Legislative Services (now the Division of Congressional and Legislative Affairs) in 1979. This update is the second update since publication of the Digest. The last update was published in 1992. The Digest provides a comprehensive list and description of all federal laws under which the Fish and Wildlife Service functions; including Administrative Laws, Treaties, Executive Orders, Interstate Compacts and Memoranda of Agreement. You may select digests of Resource or Administrative Laws, Treaties, Interstate Compacts, Executive Orders, or Wetlands MOA. You may also search the Fish and Wildlife Service web site.

The Center for Wildlife Law at the University of New Mexico has a similar publication entitled the Federal Wildlife and Related Laws Handbook.
