The following report as required by Title III, Section 301 of the No Fear Act is the summary statistical relating to equal employment opportunity complaints filed with the Department of Health and Human Services by employees or former employees of, or applicants for employment with the Department of Health and Human Services for the first quarter of Fiscal Year 2004 and for Fiscal Years 2003 through Fiscal Year 1999.
