Problem 1. Getting JAVA script errors.

Problem 3. Section data not being saved

Solution. If using internat Explorer, switch to Netscape 4.x or higher

 

Problem 4. Section III, Item F:

Calendar Year Council or Agency was Designated as DSA

System does not accept YYYY year format:

Solution. Instead of Format YYYY(four digit year format), Please use 

DD/MM/YY format. (if you don't know the exact date, use !st date of the month).

 

Problem 5. Section III, Item F:

Item 1- Goal description and item 2- Objective Description:

System does not allow more than 100 charcters

Solution. Characters limit increased to 250.

 

 

Question. If two persons want to use the same form at the same time?

Answer .  Yes they can but not the same section

 

Helpful Hints:

   - Narrative Box:

      * Create documents in word or other word-processing software and then 

         cut and paste.

      * Do not use special character in narrative, it will result in data not saved 

         properly..

   - Number should be entered without any decimal points, commas, or $ sign.

   - Totals should be added and entered.

 

**Save periodically, in case of system crash or system hang up, all data entered since last save will be lost.
