ULS summary queries get a speed boost!

The ULS queries have been rewritten to optimize performance. Most should be faster than before but will return the same data. Some queries are significantly faster, some are the same, some are slower. We are continutuing to fine-tune these queries.
Version 2.1.05 New consolidated query for Coast & Ground ULS Queries.
We are currently rewriting the General Menu Reports queries so that all license data is represented in one report. Instead of separate links for Administration, Site, and Frequency, one report includes everything. The Actuate Nav Bar function is fully utilized for quick access to specific engineering data. The latest queries to incorporate this new paradigm are the ULS Coast & Ground queries, which were modelled after the ULS search pages. One unfortunate side-effect of this new query type is that the search function used to download to Excel may sometimes cause errors, depending on the columns specified.
