FCC rules are located in Title 47 of the Code of Federal Regulations.
Although the Office of Engineering and Technology (OET) is responsible
for the maintenance of FCC rules located in Parts 2, 5, 15, and 18 of
the Title, the official rules are published and maintained in the Federal
Register. Additional information regarding the Federal Register may
be obtained at the National
Archives and Records Administration web site.
