We have governmentwide responsibility and oversight for issuing guidance on the processing of personnel actions. This site contains the operating manual "The Guide to Processing Personnel Actions (Guide)" which assist federal agencies in the preparation and documentation of personnel actions. The Guide available on this site is the most current.
