May 27, 1997: Submission for OMB Emergency Clearance of the Revised Information Collection RI 10-72

In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (Pub. L. 104-13, May 22, 1995), this notice announces that the Office of Personnel Management has submitted to the Office of Management and Budget a request for emergency clearance of the following revised information collection. RI 10-72, Client Satisfaction Survey, is used to determine how well the U.S. Office of Personnel Management has served Federal civil service annuitants and survivor annuitants. May 23, 1997: Holidays and Premium Pay; Interim rule with request for comments.

In compliance with recent changes in law, the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) is issuing interim regulations on compensatory time off for prevailing rate (wage) employees, "in lieu of" holidays for employees on compressed work schedules, and premium pay for nonappropriated fund (NAF) wage employees on flexible or compressed work schedules. May 12, 1997: Submission for OMB Review; Comment Request for Review of an Expiring Information Collection: Federal Employees Health Benefits (FEHB) Annuitant Express Open Season Interactive Voice Response System (IVR)

In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (Pub. L. 104-13, May 22, 1995), this notice announces that the Office of Personnel Management will be submitting to the Office of Management and Budget a request for review of an expiring information collection. We are replacing the OPM 2809 EZ1 and OPM 2809 EZ2 with the Interactive Voice Response System technology to improve our response time to our customers. May 2, 1997: Proposed Demonstration Project; Alternative Personnel Management System for the U.S. Department of Commerce

Title VI of the Civil Service Reform Act authorizes the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) to conduct demonstration projects that experiment with new and different human resources management concepts to determine whether changes in human resources policy or procedures result in improved Federal human resources management. This demonstration project is designed to replicate many of the features of the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) demonstration project created by Congress pursuant to the National Bureau of Standards Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 1987 (Pub. May 1, 1997: Submission for Office of Budget and Management (OMB) Review; Comment Request for Reclearance of Information Collection, OPM Form 805 Series

In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (Public Law 104-13, May 22, 1995), this notice announces that the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) has submitted simultaneously with publication of this notice a request to the Office of Management and Budget for reclearance of the OPM Form 805 Series that collects information from the public. OPM Form 805, Application to be Listed Under the Voting Rights Act of 1965, is used to elicit information from persons applying for voter registration under the authority of the Voting Rights Act of 1965.
