For the limited number of drugs currently covered by the Medicare program, this CMS web page furnishes drug-related information to Medicare providers, physicians and other suppliers, Medicare beneficiaries and to the public. The page is not currently inclusive of all Medicare drug issues as it is in the early stages of development. We will continue to update this page with new or additional Medicare drug-related content.

Average Sales Price (ASP) Final Rule for CY 2005 -- CMS-1429FC Medicare Program; Revisions to Payment Policies Under the Physician Fee Schedule for Calendar Year 2005 went on display at the Office of the Federal Register on November 2, 2004, and will be published on November 15, 2004. The comment period will close on January 1, 2005.
