- Program Offices review evaluation results
- Program Offices mail funding recommendations
NEGOTIATION
- Program Grants Office negotiates awards
AWARD
- Grant awards are processed
- Grantees are notified
- Unsuccessful applicants are debriefed upon request
POST-AWARD MONITORING
- ACF monitors grantees performance and reporting
CLOSE-OUT
- ACF determines if all grant terms and conditions have been met
- Grants are officially closed-out
