American Samoa Economic Report - 2003

Economic Report: The Minimum Wage in American Samoa, May 2003, was prepared under the direction of Nancy M. Flynn, Director of the Office of Planning and Analysis in the Wage and Hour Division. Kim Dillivan of the School of Business Administration, University of Tennessee analyzed survey data, conducted principal research and writing and developed the accompanying graphs and tables. Mario Distasio of the Department of Labor (DOL) Office of the Assistant Secretary for Policy (OASP) provided invaluable comments and suggestions for revisions. Ford Newman of the DOL Office of the Solicitor, Arthur Kerschner, Jr., David Minsky and Alfred B. Robinson, Jr. of the Wage and Hour Division, and Diana Furchtgott-Roth, Dana Barbieri and James Jones of OASP provided useful comments and suggestions.
