The Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ), U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, invites organizations, societies, and other developers of clinical practice guidelines to submit completed guidelines and related background information to the National Guideline Clearinghouse (NGC). NGC was originally created by AHRQ in partnership with the American Medical Association and the American Association of Health Plans (now America's Health Insurance Plans [AHIP]).
AHRQ has contracted with ECRI, a nonprofit health services research agency, to perform the technical work for NGC.
All guidelines should be submitted to ECRI following these instructions:

Electronic submissions are also permitted. Requests to submit electronically should be sent to Ms. Coates at info@guideline.gov.
